Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sodope GmbH, Flinschstraße 35, 60388 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, E-mail: shop@sodope-official.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract:

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Digital products once the download or streaming has begun.
