Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas
We ship our products within Germany and to selected EU countries. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
For orders over €75, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Delivery Times
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days after receipt of payment. For international deliveries, the delivery time may take 5–10 business days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., delays caused by the shipping provider), delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases.
Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via our logistics partner DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link, if available.
Partial Deliveries
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. If a partial delivery is required, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.
Returns
For information regarding returns and withdrawals, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability During Shipping
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider.
